2023 Zoning By-Law

The Town of Iroquois Falls has updated its Zoning By-Law.

A Zoning By-Law implements the general policies set out in the Official Plan.

What is the Zoning By-Law?

A zoning by-law controls the use of land in a community. It states exactly how the land may be used, where buildings and other structures may be located, the types of buildings that are permitted and their uses, as well as the lot sizes and dimensions, parking requirements, building heights, and setbacks from the street.
